Founded by S. Gulzar Singh Gill in the year 1975, Haryana Punjab Roadlines ( HPR ) provides low-cost transportation services to traders and clients. Over the years, the company has grown in size and strength owing to the single principle - fair dealing with customers. With his son, Mr Jasbir Singh Gill's becoming part of the business in 1989, the company was further revolutionized keeping the customer-first approach.

The firm achieved its target of a turnover of Rs 8 crore in FY 2018-19. With Mr. Navkaran Singh Gill, son of S. Jasbir S. Gill, becoming part of the business in 2013, a new spinoff for the name of HPR Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is introduced, which is registered with Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) and focuses on providing high-quality services at low cost. The firm achieved a turnover of Rs 3.58 crore in FY 2019-20 and continues to provide logistic services that customers can count on.
